Go for a courtyard patio!

Outstanding property. Had a courtyard patio, which I would highly recommend. Great location: clean, beautiful, great service. Didn’t want to leave.

Slightly disappointed , on arrival no spaces free for spa ( had to book in time slot apparently??) So didn’t visit . Room was a bit small & paid extra for balcony which was pointless in winter months !! Good breakfast.

SĂ©jour court, visite du chĂąteau.

De passage à Fontainebleau pour visiter le chùteau nous avons choisi cet hÎtel pour la beauté du bùtiment (intérieur et extérieur) et le spa avec un sauna et une trÚs belle piscine (attention au sol glissant au abord du bassin).

Ikke varmt vann i dusj eller vask. Det manglet ogsÄ en andre rull med toalettpapir. Det luktet pÄ rommet, vi tror det var fuktskader som luktet. Vi kom til frokost 09.30, da var det tomt for nesten alt i varmebeholderne.

Hotel joli design et service agrĂ©able. Bien placĂ©. En revanche au niveau de la literie le matelas Ă©tait trop ferme , nous avons mĂȘme pas pu dormir convenablement . Nous avions eu 2 lits collĂ©s l'un Ă  l'autre avec une sĂ©paration entre chacun pour un couple . DĂ©cevant pour un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles. Au niveau du petit dĂ©jeuner, pas rassurant de voir un plateau de lĂ©gumes tout sec et non frais .

Loin de nos attentes

L'hĂŽtel NapolĂ©on est un bel hĂŽtel trĂšs bien entretenu, les chambres sont confortables, trĂšs propres, le petit dĂ©jeuner est bon, produits de qualitĂ©, frais et variĂ©s. Le personnel est attentionnĂ©. Si vous souhaitez prendre une chambre avec petit dĂ©jeuner et Ă©ventuellement un soin alors oui. Nous avions choisi cet Ă©tablissement pensant nous dĂ©tendre au SPA.Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus !! Il n'y a pas d'endroit pour s'allonger, 2 malheureux bancs et quelques patĂšres pour poser vos serviettes ! ce SPA peut accueillir 15 personnes et il est rentabilisĂ© ! Cela relĂšve plus d'une piscine municipale que d'un endroit de dĂ©tente. Cette rentabilitĂ© se ressent aussi jusque dans les assiettes du restaurant l'Empreinte calculĂ©es au plus juste. Vous commandez un suprĂȘme de volaille et vous avez la moitiĂ© du suprĂȘme baignant dans une sauce quelconque. De nouveau trĂšs déçus.

A tester absolument.

HÎtel à la décoration trÚs soignée, refait récemment, trÚs tendance avec un rappel à l' histoire de Fontainebleau. TrÚs bien placé, à deux pas du chùteau, de la rue Montebello avec beaucoup de petits restaurants...Personnel agréable et professionnel. Petit plus pour le barman ( dont ce n' est pas l' emploi permanent mais plein de bonne volonté). Salle du petit déjeûner et buffet parfait, grand choix de produits de qualité. Enfin, une directrice interréssée par l' opinion de ses clients, merci.

Bien mais pas top

Lieu incontournable de Fontainebleau, suite Ă  un court sĂ©jour d’une journĂ©e afin de voir le rĂ©sultat de x annĂ©es de travaux de rĂ©novation, l’accueil, le bar et patio intĂ©rieur sont d’un niveau 4 Ă©toiles en terme de rĂ©novation et dĂ©cors ! Le petit dĂ©jeuner et complet avec beaucoup de choix ! En revanche il manque quelques transat Ă  l’espace Spa qui aurait Ă©tait un petit plus. Des terrasses sans ĂȘtre une terrasse privative, quelques bac avec des plantes pour sĂ©parer les diffĂ©rentes terrasses. Selon le personnel de l’hĂŽtel celui ci n’ai pas au niveau d’un 4 Ă©toiles. Certains rĂąle Ă  la moindre petite demande ou ont un air dĂ©sabusĂ© mais heureusement que ce n’ai pas l’intĂ©gralitĂ© ! RĂ©ception au top. Chambre un peu petite et entendons les diffĂ©rentes portes des couloirs claquĂ© en pleine nuit ou matin . Au final c’est bien mais pas top. Dommage :/
