Definitely commendable

Off-centre but not far from the main touristic area, homely with beautiful interior and garden, breakfast with a nice array of choices (but you have to prepare everything). Sometimes I knocked to ask for help from the host and got no answer. I would suggest them to have a bell installed. But the only real (and minor) inconvenience is the bathroom, which is exclusive but not inside the room, one has to cross the corridor.

Our hosts were very friendly and super responsive over What’s App (they were also patient as there was a language barrier). They were very flexible with our schedule for breakfast time. Their space was clean and very home-like. My husband and I would 100% recommend.

Ottimo B&B a pochi passi dal centro di Foligno e strategico per spostarsi in altre località dell'umbria come ad esempio Assisi e Rasiglia o per visitare le bellissime "fonti del clitunno". La colazione servita é stata solo di tipo "dolce" ma il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Prima volta da sola con 3 figli a seguito... Non siamo mai stati pretenziosi. Per me ottima esperienza in struttura, siamo stati davvero bene. Forse manca l'aspetto salato per colazione (disponibili prodotti confezionati, esclusivamente dolci) ma per noi non è stato un problema. La struttura è bella ci si sente a casa è in un posto molto tranquillo appena fuori al centro di Foligno, è facilissimo parcheggiare. Tutto pulitissimo e una buona colazione. Uniche due note negative: la stanza era bella ma molto molto piccola per due adulti è un cane e il segnale wi-fi arrivava appena.

appartement assez grand au rez de chaussée composée de 3 chambres + cuisine + salon bien équipés : cela semblait bien sur le papier mais propreté dégradée en 9 jours ( la chambre a été faite une seule fois au bout de 3 jours puis plus rien serviettes changées une seule fois : c'est peu) petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre et parfois dégradé ( pas de couvert et tasse non propre une fois , 2 fois des patisseries industrielles périmées depuis longtemps inmangeables une bouteille de lait ouverte pas remplacée au bout de 8 jours ( j'ai dû en faire la demande suite à des problèmes gastriques) , des bruits de chaudière erratiques qui nécessitent des boules quiès , dame avenante et pédagoque mais son mari passe son temps à vous observer dans le salon /cuisine où une caméra a été installée ( ce serait interdit en France et la vie privée !?) et n'hésite pas à vous réprimander comme si on était son petit garçon bref une atmosphère oppressante pour un long séjour
