Adorei a localização! Perto de vários pontos turísticos. O quarto era bem antigo. O banheiro estava com a pia vazando. Faltou energia por uma longo período, atrapalhando o café da manhã. Este é muito fraco. Não tinha manteiga, só margarina!

O melhor custo-benefício que já desfrutei em hospedagens! O valor é incrivelmente baixo perante o que o Hotel oferece: - Localização privilegiada, próximo de muitos comércios, restaurantes e até mesmo pontos turísticos. - Equipe extremamente atenciosa e zelosa com os hóspedes. - Quarto limpo, com limpeza e reposição de toalhas e itens de higiene pessoal feitos diariamente. - Chuveiro com ótimo volume e temperatura de água. - Vista privilegiada do terraço, onde está localizada a piscina, que possui bom tamanho e também uma academia, que possui aparelhos suficientes. - Internet com boa velocidade e bastante estável. - Café da manhã bastante satisfatório. Ponto a melhorar: - Necessário realizar uma "limpeza profunda" nas paredes do banheiro. Em resumo, o hotel oferece muito mais do que teoricamente deveria oferecer pelo baixo valor cobrado pelas diárias! Quem não tem níveis elevados de exigência e tem ciência do que um hotel de 3 estrelas deve ofertar, a hospedagem será plenamente atendida.

O hotel fica localizado bem no centro da cidade, o que é um ponto bem positivo. O problema é que ele fica em um prédio antigo e, pelo menos o meu quarto, não está reformado. O assento do sanitário estava quebrado, no banheiro do meu quarto ficava o respirador do prédio e com isso eu ouvia TUDO que os hóspedes do quarto ao lado faziam e falavam quando estavam no banheiro e ainda achei uma barata no banheiro. Havia um vazamento na pia do banheiro que fazia a água escorrer para o chão quando abria a bica e tive que colocar o tapete para não molhar tudo. O café da manhã é variado e estava tudo gostoso. Por fim, se for de carro tenha em mente que você vai precisar deixar o carro na rua até fazer o check in e levarem o carro ao estacionamento e se chegar na hora do rush pode não conseguir parar. Achei o estacionamento bem caro de R$ 40 a R$ 80,00/diária que foi o que passaram na recepção, mas se for sem carro o Uber atende muito bem.

Café da manhã excelente, boa variedade, frutas frescas e de boa qualidade. Equipe atenciosa. O ar condicionado nos locais comuns muito frio não proporcionava um ambiente aconchegante pelo fato de estar sempre gelado. A limpeza do quarto algumas vezes deixou a desejar, mas no geral tudo muito bom.

Vale o custo benefício, café da manhã bom, porém, a parte de Check in deixa muito a desejar, pois muita gente chegou antes das 14h para fazer o Check in e a equipe podia ter agilizado o processo para qndo fosse 14h só ir liberando, porém deixaram tudo para última hora formando uma fila enorme e sem organização. Perdi 30 minutos da minha estadia por desorganização da equipe do hotel. No mais, tudo ok!

Quarto sujo, encardido, box do banheiro nojento da sujeira, a pia do banheiro com cabelo de outra pessoa grudado, quarto cheio de infiltrações, parecia um cativeiro, velho e sujo. 1 manta apenas, passei frio a noite, 2 travesseiros, zero conforto. Ahhh o estacionamento do hotel é um terreno longe e eles cobram 40 reais por noite tá?! E pra trazer o carro pra gente de manhã demoraram 30 minutos, chegamos super atrasados no curso. Fizemos nosso check-in era 21h já, pois passamos o dia num curso, estávamos muito cansados, aí vimos toda essa situação da sujeira mas já tinha o que fazer, fomos dormir. No dia seguinte quando achamos que não tinha como piorar, chegamos a noite e o quarto estava sem toalhas! Nenhuma! Fomos até a recepção pra dizer que o serviço de quarto não repôs toalhas e uma mulher grossa e mal educada, teve a coragem de dizer “ah nossa lavanderia é a 1h da manhã, não temos nenhuma toalha agora” GENTE era 21h estávamos sujos e cansados, meu marido olhou pra ela “tá e o que fazemos? Não tomamos banho?” Ela arrumou UMA toalha, pra usarmos, UMA gente, divinos a toalha e fomos dormir pq no outro dia era o checkout, mas sinceramente tá, foi horrível, eu chorei de raiva, pq não era uma situação comum, viajamos pra um curso de 3 dias, o hotel seria só pra tomar banho e dormir mesmo, e tivemos uma experiência horrível, passamos perrengue com hotel pago, o café é um café comum de hotel, nada incrível, nunca vivi isso num hotel na vida! Fechem essa espelunca!
