A 3.5 star is very generous for this property. It definitely needs to be renovated. The outside of the exterior along with the interior needs some updating. The hotel was kind of expensive for what it was. I would not go back. The surrounding houses and neighborhoods are a 5 star. It was fine to walk around late at night. The beaches were also wonderful. I would definitely come back to the island.

Nice room, great bed and pillows. Fridge in the room. Downside—No posted information about if the water was filtered in the complex and no complementary bottled water. No usb or c chargers in the room-most hotels in US and Europe have them on places like bedside lamp bases

Excellent property!!! Jurere area is beautiful. Positano restaurant at the hotel served us delicious food!! Larissa provided us with an outstanding service!! The room was as advertised, very comfortable and quiet at night- had construction noise during the day. Amenities were good. Pool area and grounds well taking care!!! Staff treated us very well. Good positive vibes. Breakfast met our needs. Excellent service overall!

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through expedia because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday. Short story; I had to pay again for the hotel.

Recomendo mas com observações

Hotel tem boa infraestrutura de recreação principalmente para crianças, perto da praia, de comércios variados, café da manhá excelente e toda a staff muito atenciosa e cordial. Pontos de atenção pra mim: toalhas de banho estavam manchadas com maquiagem, as amenities da Loccitane mencionadas como divulgação eram 2 mini sabontes de mão e shampoo e condicionador daqueles presos a parede que estavam quase vazios. Não vá contando com sabonete de banho ou hidratante. Havia mesa de trabalho, mas a tomada não funcionava, tive que desligar a TV pra usar a tomada e poder trabalhar. Para trabalhar usei a internet do meu celular, a do hotel era fraca demais, não carregava nem o outlook, a rede auxiliar que o hotel informou sequer aparecia na lista de wifi disponivel. A cozinha não tem fogão, acho importante mencionar isso porque as vezes por ser apartamento a pessoa espera. Tem cafeteira e microondas e xicaras, copos, pratos e talheres. Tinha esponja de lavar louça mas não detergente. Acho que de um modo geral ficaria novamente, mas com a expectativa correta.

Achei a localização do hotel excelente! O hotel oferece bastante atividade infantil e várias opções de atividades para adultos também. Estivemos em período de frio e chuva, mas tivemos boas horas de lazer ainda assim. O único senão seria para a limpeza dos quartos que deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas voltaríamos com certeza em outra oportunidade
