O hotel é antigo, mas se encontra em boas condições. Instalações limpas, cama e lençóis de qualidade. Café da manhã ok. Não fica muito distante do centro de Florianópolis. Uma opção ok para uma viagem de negócios. A academia fica praticamente em frente. Uma Pratique muito bem equipada.
