Fantastic stay at The Social Hub Florence! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There are plenty of great amenities on-site like a pool, restaurants, and a ping pong table. Don't miss the top floor, it's top notch. Highly recommended!

It's a well thought out concept of mixed living, part student housing, part work share space and part hotel. There is an amazing pool, garden space on the roof. There is also free laundry and an amazing breakfast buffet, with fresh squeezed orange juice. Both the staff and the guests are friendly. Also, a very nice gym on the main floor.

Really liked the the social hub! Pool was cool, and an excellent refresh after a long day in the hot sun. The free laundry (with an app) was incredibly helpful and appreciated after traveling across Italy. Beds were comfy, and AC was enough to keep as cool. Asked for extra towels one day and had them delivered to the room within 5 minutes. Would stay again!

This place is nothing like my wife & I have experienced. This is a whole new hotel stay. It was a great experience & very active place. From the food, drinks, service and all, it was truly a great experience. The pool, food & drinks on the rooftop was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location only 2 stops away from Santa Maria Novella station on the tram which is located right outside the hotel and around 10 minutes to get to the Duomo on the tram. The pool is amazing when the weather is hot after a long day exploring and the cafe and restaurant were really affordable and the food was great. The free self service laundry was also very helpful when travelling light. I will definitely come back again. The only con is that because it’s such a big hotel some bits like the hallways (painting and carpets) are a little rundown and could do with a freshen up but everywhere else was very clean and the facilities make up for it!

Wonderful hotel in a very convenient location right next to the tram stop. Excellent facilities with snaps available until late if you don’t want a full meal. Lovely infinity pool on the roof with a bar and food available. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice big shower with all the necessary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was good, the hot food could have been hotter for my tastes, and I wish there had been soft-boiled eggs, poached or fried available for free. The restaurant was nice but there are no other restaurants nearby, so you are a bit limited. The lobby was buzzing with people playing pool, table football, working and just chilling out. I would definitely stay there again if I went to Florence and would consider Social Hub for other holidays.

The building had a lot of modern amenities and my room was clean but unfortunately was next to a maintenance or tech room so I could hear running water through the pipes all throughout the night while trying to sleep.

Our stay was great. Fabulous for short terms stays, at least the room we had. I do wish there had been more storage and better lighting as the room is all back and the spotlight made for patchy lighting. Service was amazing. The restaurant and cafe next to lobby area are excellent. The pool bar food was less excellent. Shoutout to Andrea at the Ammodino bar, service with a smile and great conversation.
