This property is located in the heart of Florence and in walking distance to all of the major historical sites. Our apartment was Massccio and it was beautifully decorated with views of the Duomo. We would definitely stay there again. Oh, I want to mention tons of great restaurants and stores at every turn.

Excellent location just a couple of blocks from the cathedral, but removed enough to not be noisy. The elevator was very helpful and we never actually saw any of the staff but they were very responsive. The restaurant directly below the rooms was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The staff are responsive and kind but they only had either really thick pillows or really thin pillows. And if you ask for spares they have no additional pillows they provide so we ended up sleeping on folded up towels in the pillow case for the stay. The room itself is clean and they do maintain that part well but not the best experience in terms of bedding and solutions provided by the staff to have zero back up options for a multi night stay. For proximity to cafes and bars and the Duomo it was great for that. Right walking distance to train station as well.

My wife and I loved our stayed! Excelent location, 10min walking distance from the train station, a block away from Piazza del Duomo. 4 rooms in the same floor, which is the 3rd. If you bring luggage use the elevator, before check in you will be given the code for this, and it’s a different door then that main stairway one. Loved it!

This is a self service hotel. There is no staff. We saw a receptionist on check in and never again. If you come late you need to call a number for entry information. The room was clean and it is a good location to the central historic district. Breakfast is at a coffee across the street. Good food and a friendly staff.

property was nice and nicely located. staff are not responsive to texts messages- sometimes over an hour or two to respond to emails. pre-registration can be confusing and "glitchy" overall not a bad place to stay

The location was nice as it was walking distance from several attractions. The staff was very helpful. She offered help with directions and restaurant suggestions and also ordered us a taxi. The room was clean and roomy for the two of us.

This was less than a five minute walk to the cathedral and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. At the property there was not someone there when we checked in but they responded to our messages and really helped us out when we had to check out but needed to leave our luggage. The AC worked well enough that we were able to sleep in the evening. There was not a door separating the two rooms where we were sleeping but the booking never said there was just something to know. I would absolutely stay here again and because the pullout bed and double bed are in separate areas, there was enough space that we could stay here for a number of days.

Absolutely amazing location, staff and room. We were welcomed with so much love. Traveled with my 10 year old son and myself so the area was perfectly safe. We had lost luggage and the manager was so quick to give us things he had and offered to run to grab us clothes. Truly can’t say how much we loved this place

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza d'Epoca Basilica. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Lucca, an incredibly attentive and kind host with warm personality. As a Florence local, he took the time to explain the city in detail using a map, showing us main areas and sharing some history of the the city and building. He recommended authentic places to eat which we visited all. The room itself is was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, spotless, everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast served at the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Superb location, definitely a place I would gladly stay again.
