This was a nightmare. I encountered several types of insects I had never seen before. Hybrids of sorts. The spider-ant, cricket-roach, and something that looked like a silverfish, but flew. I checked on too late on my road trip to find a different room. Instead, I tried to sleep the best I could with the lights and TV on. Also, there was only a singular partially used role of toilet paper. No shower curtain liner. Horrible horrible. The staff was friendly. That is the only good thing I can say about the place.

It may be close to the highway but it does not have any perks. The room we stayed in had bugs. The beds were made ans it looked clean but my husband wouldn't keep any fabric travel bags in the room for fear of the bugs getting in our bags .the breakfast left A LOT TO BE DESIRED. There were no napkins, no plates, no juice, a small coffee carafe not even full. The staff on-site walked around in socks. The bowls when she did bring them out after repeat asking, had mice poop in the top bowl. The only good item available was the waffle mix. Just enough for our family. There was no fruit, toast, bagels,juices or other breakfast items available for kids traveling with us. The TV did not have a remote in our room. We booked online looking for a decent price. The check -in was fine the morning and actual room were the problem. The room we were on had a tinge of yellow water in the toilet for a freshly cleaned room. The bathroom while clean needs real upgrades. The shower did not look clean, it had rust spots, the sink had a huge rust line in it the bed my son had horrible smokey smell... I kindly ask for a General or Regional Manager to respond to me. We want money back on our dismal stay. Thank you.

The staff were great. The room? Let’s just say that I was worried about putting things down on certain things , like tables . I had to use one of my bath towels for the bathroom floor when I showered . When everything was dry , I swear the towel was black from the floor being so dirty . I bet even the cockroaches look elsewhere to go that’s cleaner .

Though the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the price was low, there were several problems with the hotel. The door key did not work, so the front desk person had to walk to my room and open the door every time I entered. The continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee and waffle mix to make waffles. The outside of the hotel was dirty and old pieces of equipment cluttered the passageway. Not a place I will visit again.

Parking was perfect, room & bed was clean & comfortable, sealing was peeling in many spots, received a twxt to rate before breakfast & gave a 5 but I'm taking it back, no attendant available, ring the bell twice, coffee was not hot, waffle but nothing to eat it with, no syrup, no butter, no options of hot water for tea which was ok, no milk for cereal, about 30 mins passes & attendant came from outside, no greetings of good morning, breakfast was a sad sore Not even a good cup of coffee & I'm not even a coffee drinker but no other option available

My stay was only $50. What do you want for nothing? It’s convenient to the highway, gas stations and fast food. It is a rundown place in a rundown area. But it felt safe. My key card would not unlock my door at all. Staff let me in. I never locked the door behind me until I left in the morning. The laminate flooring is curled. Lamps are broken. The room is large and the bathroom is too. The bed was fine. I’d go there again if I got there late and left early.

Only positive was the check in staff were efficient and friendly. Everything went downhill from there. What was bad? Let me see…The lamp shades beside the beds were both broken and flopped over touching the bulbs. The towel racks were broken. The was no mini fridge in the room. Missing picture from wall that was obviously removed by theft. The receptacles in the room all seemed very loose. Every one we tried to plug our chargers in would not grip the plug and they would loosely hang and not work. Comforter had stains. My wife noticed the bottoms of her feet were very dirty after walking around in the room meaning the wood floors were very dirty. The ice machine didn’t work, by that I mean it wasn’t even plugged in and running. For the price range this Red Roof Inn, I don’t expect luxury or perfection, but I do expect cleanliness and working amenities at the very least.

Went to Dillon motor speedway for the Shriners 300 it was a good place to get cool andhave a shower and sleep they did have breakfast the clerk this morning was very sweet and got my son some juice and made more coffee for me
