Location location location. The building that the hotel is located in is a little run down. However office staff is very friendly and this is in the heart of Florence and it’s so easy to come back to freshen up throughout your day. Would stay again.

The hotel’s location can’t be beat. It is centrally located and easy to get to anywhere. Plenty of shops, restaurants and gelato near by. The hotel room was ok but the budget room was just that - budget. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was incredible and helped us out with a mistake we made. Simona was such a warm and amazing receptionist. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Stay here but not in the budget room

I enjoyed staying at the property. It is well located. Literally just a few steps from Palazzo Vechio. The room was a good size and they had a lift which was good seeing all rooms were 3 flights up the stairs. Tea & coffee making facilities and access to a fridge that was replenished with cold water & soft drinks was a delight. Breakfast was a buffet at a restaurant just around the corner. This wasn’t a problem and the buffet had a wide selection. Both the room & breakfast restaurant were air conditioned, which was an asset in 36C heat. I would recommend this venue

The location of La Torre Dei Salterelli is simply outstanding and very central. The reception staff are truly helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. I highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic stay at La Torre dei Salterelli! The room felt luxurious and was well equipped with great amenities, including a large television, air conditioning and fan, mini fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable, right in the city centre next to the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent value for money - I would definitely stay here again.

The location was the excellent, our problem was we had a car and failed to reserve private parking. We were not allowed into the old city zone. Hotel staff were wonderful - helped us find a garage and the garage was excellent even delivered the car back to us. Room was really small, but clean and comfortable. A/c worked all in all it was OK.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Locations was perfect! It was in the heart of everything! However the building where the hotel is old and smelly. The room has a smell. The staff were very accommodating and gave us air-freshener to keep in the room. A few shops in Florence had the same smell. The staff also gave us water, soft drinks, teas, coffees and little cookies to use during our stay. If it wasn’t for the smell it would have gotten 5 stars !
