Beautiful boutique hotel on Piazza Signoria. Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are beautiful. Lovely supplies for coffee and tea. The breakfast was delicious and they offer eggs made to order swell. One thing I'd suggest is to supply kettles in each room as the only hot water option was the water cooler in the hall and the hot water feature didn't work. A very nice stay!

Location was usually within 10 min of what we wanted to see. Staff was super helpful with recommendations & with helping to track our lost luggage. On site FULL breakfast was high quality and served individually, not just a buffet sitting out for hours. Eggs & bacon, fresh juice, fruit, pastries, coffees. That alone saved us money & time. Can’t say enough good things!!! Would definitely return.

We cannot wait to go back and visit! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff. The room was incredible, comfortable, charming, and well-maintained! The breakfast was delicious. The lounge was lovely. The staff was so friendly, so helpful, so kind, and so caring! The hospitality was at 100%! That attention to detail made this our favorite hotel experience in all of Italy! We literally got home and started looking at dates we could go back! Thank you to everyone at In Piazza della Signoria - Boutique Hotel!
