They have water upon entering the lobby, staff is welcoming and property/rooms are clean. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioner did not work properly, we had to rely on our hand held fans to cool down, room also gets humid after taking a shower.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Strozzi tram station; just a short trip from Firenze S.M. station. The hotel was very modern; clean and spacious. We were quite impressed with the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping us find great places to visit and eat. An excellent experience!

Very nice, well maintained, very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. TV options were good, smart tv. Front desk staff were not too helpful, gave incorrect information regarding taxis. Location was 2 bus stops from train station with a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room.

Staff was awesome. Checked us in quickly, contacted cabs for us when needed, pointed out the train station which we used often, recommended places to eat, and best of all provided a needed corkscrew for the copious bottles of excellent wine or beer our group consumed. They even researched train options to Rome termini and airport, so we would not miss our flight, due to a rail strike the day we traveled home.
