Exceptional service and clean rooms. We had a triple room, and it was a bit on the small side with limited storage. However, we found it comfortable and would stay there again. It’s a bit of a hike to the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and lovely views along the river.

This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here as a family of four (teens are 14/16) and it was everything we needed. Rooms were amazing, restaurants is amazing and the pool is amazing, especially when it’s so hot! Staff were really helpful too Would book again!

The hotel is beautiful but it’s out of the way from city center , it’s about 20 minutes walk to center but st least at night it’s quiet , the staff at the rooftop restaurant are excellent!! The woman who makes the eggs to order is wonderful!! Excellent buffet breakfast!!

Wonderful experience. Loved having a little balcony off the room. The rooftop was perfect for evening drinks. Enjoyed having the pool and lounge chairs to enjoy a slow morning in the August heat and was shocked how under utilized it was. The breakfast was lovely and wonderful to enjoy the view. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the busy area, but a lovely walk in the evening along the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay From the moment we arrived at Hotel Kraft until the moment we left, the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming and professional. The service was truly impeccable. The pool was amazing, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and breakfast was absolutely outstanding with so much choice. And the Florentine steak was superb — a real highlight of our stay! 🥩🇮🇹 We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Florence. The hotel was absolutely fantastic! We fell in love with the front desk and restaurant staff—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and so convenient. It was definitely worth adding, and my kids felt right at home every morning. The pool was truly the cherry on top! Visiting Italy in August means dealing with the heat, so having a beautiful pool to relax in after a day of exploring was such a treat. Our entire family had a wonderful experience, and the staff made our stay even more memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back!

The pool was key because we had 99-102 for our trip! Staff was amazing and the location was perfect within walking distance to attractions but removed enough to still be peaceful. Breakfast buffet was great as well as the restaurant when it was to hot to walk!

Lovely hotel , handy for everything , breakfast lovely, staff incredibly helpful and friendly especially the staff at breakfast who were funny and so engaging to set you up for the day ! Gym on mezzanine level no air con which wasn’t great and treadmill not working but had weights and other machines . Loved the pool on the roof and nighttime drinks were amazing with fabulous views . Beds huge and comfortable, room with a balcony was fabulous ! Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to going back !!

I loved the balcony and how clean the property was. The people at the front desk were pleasant and the increase was so helpful and accommodating. Most employees were wonderful esp the host at the breakfast. We enjoyed his humor and high energy very much. He ran a tight ship and everyone did a great job at breakfast. The food was amazing.
