Our family loved everything about Hotel Adler Cavalieri! We only wished that we could have stayed longer. The hotel was a quick walk to the museums and restaurants. A very nice traditional hotel in a good location close to all the main city centre attractions and 5minutes walk from the railway station. Our room was a good size, very clean and well appointed. The only thing we could have done with was an iron and ironing board. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good with a fair selection of different foods both hot and cold. The courtyard was a pleasant place to relax with the added bonus of free coffee and cakes in the afternoons. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Adler Cavalieri and would certainly stay again if visiting Florence.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed: they made us a dinner reservation, it was raining so they provided an umbrella. This is a quiet and comfortable very conveniently located near Santa Maria Novella station. I stayed in Florence for around a week and found it a great place to base myself to get to the main sights and take a few day trips. The staff were all very kind and helpful and the housekeeping and breakfast services were excellent.
