The room was clean and the cleanliness was maintained well throughout our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The air con in the room was amazing and a nice escape out of the Florence heat. In a really good location near the Duomo (only a few minutes away!)

Hotels location was perfect. Our room was much bigger than we thought! Comfy bed and pillows, very nice modern bathroom, perfectly functioning AC. We loved everything about it! Definitely would book it again in the future.

The apartment was spacious, updated and clean. It was a great location and easy to get to everything. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star for staff was because you don’t really see staff since everything is handled thru phone.

Too many keys…. Room was nice and clean, pillows a little hard. But my husband slice his finger on the metal gate on the first night….. Nice area to walk around, lots of restaurants. The one down the road very good and fast service.

Excellent location!!! Literally 1 minute walking distance from the Duomo, and a few minutes from Ponte Vechio. The property is clean and staff is helpful however the elevator does not work and you have to go up the stairs and carry your luggage (quite a few steps).

Things we liked: - Clean room and bathroom - Air conditioning - Central location/easy walking distance, but tucked away so it didn’t feel crowded - The windows blocked out all street noise - Felt very safe with multiple doors on site Personal preference area for improvement: - Perhaps add an additional mirror in the main room so second guest can get ready while other uses the bathroom

The location was perfect: so close to the Duomo and the Galleria dell’ Accademia and close to very delicious restaurants. Amazing gelato just across the street! It was quiet at night, spacious and updated. The bed was firmer than is my preference, but that was far outweighed by the effective air-conditioning that came in handy for hot afternoons!

The hotel was clean and remarkably quiet. It’s just a few steps from the Duomo and an easy walk to museums. We stayed in a triple room which was fairly large. Staff were very helpful. Note that there is an elevator, but it does not go to the top floor on which two guest rooms are located. The air conditioning worked great!

The room did get a bit warm had to open the windows to get air in since the AC had a limit and was locked to make it cooler. Other than that the place was clean , comfortable bed and a great location. Walking distance to everything! Tbe staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
