Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was great. A couple of things to improve: the air conditioning didn't cool the room well, and the bathroom had a few stains. Still, the service and the breakfast more than made up for it — I'd happily stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Glance Hotel! Everything was seamless, check in and check out, and a delicious breakfast. On a hot 38 degree day, the rooftop pool was certainly a treat. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was very helpful in helping us obtain a private transfer to the hotel. The rooms are fairly small but i guess that’s to be expected in the historical district. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooftop bar is very nice as is the pool area.

Florence is a walkable city for most (uneven surfaces) making this a great location. It’s a 7 - 10 minute walk (depending on luggage) from the train station. Great rooftop pool with great views and service. The Club sandwich is among the best we have ever had. Sunset in the pool was amazing too. Breakfast was exceptional with great selection and great coffee !

The staff and hotel itself was wonderful! The rooftop had amazing views. The only thing to note was the hallway on our floor had a weird smell and at night we could hear the plumbing.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Glance Hotel. Our room was clean and cool and was the perfect thing to come back to after a long day in the sun. The staff were amazing. From the bar to the front desk, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Also, having breakfast included every morning was great and there were so many options. Next time we come back to Florence we will be staying here again!

The Glance hotel is perfectly situated and only a 10 minute walk from the central station and all the sites are within a 15 minute walk. The roof top pool is perfect to wind down after a morning sightseeing. All the staff are very helpful and keep the hotel very clean. On our very early check out they even offered take away breakfast bags which was so kind. Highly recommended, Thank you !!
