The staff was very helpful, especially Laura. The breakfast buffet was very convenient. The location is also convenient -- walking distance to the train station and major sites. The hotel offers clean, basic accommodations rather than fancy decorations or amenities.

We had a great stay at Dedo Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the train station and most of Florence’s main amenities. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for its location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenience!

Lady at front desk was very helpful and responsive. Good location but be warned the hotel is in the third floor or a large apartment building. Not easy to get your large suitcases up the many steps at the entrance and on the third floor (leading up to the fourth). Otherwise decent experience.

Not far from train station but skirting densely touristic area. Lovely quiet spot with the softest hotel towels ever! European beds must trend on the harder side as after a few nights my back felt sore. Nice low-key breakfast with generous hours. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Ricardo and Laura were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful along with all the staff of the hotel. The breakfast each day was fresh and plentiful. The hotel was clean and great walking location to everywhere. If we visit Florenza again, we will definitely stay at Dedo Boutique Hotel! We will also recommend to anyone who plans to visit. Grazi!
