Overall, we had a great stay here. It is a little further out from the busy center so it was quiet but still extremely walkable and convenient. The place is clean and the staff were so kind and helpful.

This place is fantastic. I will stay here again when next in Florence. I drove and parked on the street of the hotel by using a parking app to pay - very easy. There is a car park nearby if you need that also.

Our room was very nice and clean. The location is very walkable to most of the highlights in Florence. It is an easy walk to/from the SMN train station, and the tram from the airport. The owner was there every morning to make coffee and give sightseeing advice. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

I LOVED staying here! It was one of the best decisions I made during this trip. Niccolò is EXTREMELY helpful, he truly does everything he can to make your trip the best it ca be. From giving us a map pin pointing the bus routes we would need to get around the city, pointing out the areas we had in mind to see and letting us know how to get there and back. Places to eat, making us coffees in the mornings, doing everything he could to make our stay comfortable. I am so happy I booked this B and B, I am recommending it to my friends and family.

We loved staying here and highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Easy walking to all the museums and restaurants, but tucked in on a quiet lovely street.
