This is a great place to stay! The staff is extremely helpful. They are very accommodating. They help us with ordering taxis and train tickets or anything else you might you may need. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. The BEST AC in the city. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but clean, cozy and have all you need, including bathrobes! Check in (after business hours) instructions were easy to follow and clear. Excellent location. Close to restaurants and the main historical sites. We loved the Cafe Mingo around the corner that was perfect for breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee. Would return.

This is a very clean, quiet comfortable hotel in a great location of Florence. We stayed for 3 nights. It is very easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. The only shortcoming if I had to think of one is there are no amenities and the coffee machine in the room wasn’t working properly, but we were out and about the whole time, so it didn’t really bother us.

Perfect stay in an unbeatable location! The hotel is right at Piazza di Spagna, in the heart of a fantastic shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated. Our rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. I booked two rooms for our group, and everyone absolutely loved their stay. Highly recommend!
