“Fabulous location away from the tourists but a very short walk to all the action, the sea, the harbour, etc. Free parking included. Spectacular breakfast included. The hosts, Jackie and Chris, took care of our every need and went beyond expectation. Even brought us upgraded wine glasses one evening to better enjoy our bottle of wine on their front patio. Incredibly generous hosts.”

“This is the second time I have stayed due to the convenient location for work. I’ve had the warmest arrival on both occasions. The room was lovely. The bed extremely comfy. And the little touches such as fresh milk and brownies are a bonus treat. Exceptional.”

“Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card.”

“It was a lovely place to stay while in Dorset. It’s an 8 minute drive to the main Weymouth beach promenade. 36 minutes from Durdle Door, 46 minutes from Sherborne Castle. The breakfast is really good and we left with full tummies ready for an adventure. However you do have to share a table with other guests at breakfast. If that is not your thing, maybe it’s not for you.”

“I was told to go back as I was early so that was fair to come back at 2 and the room was full of rubbish and also no clean bedding to be told to go back out and come back in a hour okay he gave us a drink wouldn't stay again as it wasn’t the best also I do have photos it was a hot day and it smelt funny with all the flys and rubbish”
