“The Lion Hotel is a historyful place, very confortable and with a very responsive staff. ”

“The Burlton Inn was excellent for our needs, being halfway home from Southampton to our home for an overnight stop. The pub itself was very attractive, and the local beer was rally good. The accomodation was fine. The rooms were in an adjacent cottage style annexe, just across the large car park. The choice of evening meals was wide, and the food was good. Breakfast was continental only, but very healthy. Would we stay there again? YES! ”

“My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. Breakfast was great too. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Ample onsite parking next to the pub for customers. Around a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The only negative for me was that there was a constant humming noise in my room during the day and evening, I think it was due the the extractor fans in the kitchen below.
