“Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

“Apartment had an obvious leak and water damage, compounded by the rainstorm that came through on our trip. The dishwasher was in a sorry state and full of rust, silverware in the kitchen was also rusty. The beds and pillows and sheets were "fine" but of obvious low quality (I've had better at cheap hotels). Space wise it was perfect for 4-5 people needing a place to crash during a convention and it was conveniently located. The building, the "Block" has seen far better times, it's a ghost...
