“We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and noticed that by Monday morning after the manager had introduced himself, everything was uphill from there. Very clean room although bathroom definitely needs a shelf and frosted glass in the shower instead of blinds. Staff particularly the manager were hardworking and friendly. Breakfast was well presented and lots of choices. Parking was free and usually easy to maneuver. Pool area only needed attention the day we arrived and unfortunately no chairs...

“Portanova is a beautiful hotel that is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
A special thank you to Magdalena, who was especially kind and helpful during my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference.
