“The whole setup was really good.”

“Room nothing like the photos. Broken sky light with no blind. Wall paper peeling off. Filthy carpets, stained and very very unpleasant. Checked out after being there for 1/2 hour and just got " sorry". I have stayed in some unpleasant places but this was frankly disgusting . Waste of money, no refund offered”

“Central location in town, food in pub was really good, staff were helpful, rooms although clean were very tired, and no hot water in the sink.”

“Older hotel and it shows. It’s a small town though and it’s what I expected. The glorious view from our room was worth it though.”

“I wasn’t driving and it was only a ten minute walk from the main shops and fifteen minute walk from the bus”

Eso sí, tanto el hotel como el personal han sido fantásticos. El chico de la recepción nos ayudó bastante con el problema y nos dio habitación aunque no constaba que hubiera reserva.”

“Property was as described and as remembered (it was my granny’s old cottage!) . The welcome pack of goodies was a nice surprise. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated with a cozy homely feel. I especially loved the fluffy white towels provided! I was put in touch with Debbie after I booked and she was great at communicating before, during and after the stay. I booked through Hotels.com but it’s a Sykes cottage and due to this Sykes wouldn’t let me amend any details through their app...

“La habitación es muy amplia y el restaurante excelente”

“Hotel que cumple las expectativas. Adecuado para lo que se paga con buen desayuno. Hay q tener en cuenta que para nosotros fue de paso, descansamos muy bien.”
