The property is clean and basic, in comparison to others we have stayed in at The Bay. However, the listing could be made clearer. Guests should be aware that there is no WiFi connection, they need to bring, towels, hairdryer and there are no basic cleaning products or toiletries supplied.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well situated. Even with plenty of other holiday makers there, it was very quiet and the resort was spotlessly clean. Good mix of accommodation and plenty to do on site, or off site as The Bay is near to Bridlington, Flamborough, Hunmanby, Filey and Scarborough. Would definitely re-book and stay there again. 10 out of 10.

My apartment was clean and in a quiet location. Bed very comfortable & good bedding. Security good - being on my own I felt very safe. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Bath sheets would have been preferable.

House was fine, clean and tidy although the freezer had been defrosted and not cleaned so we had to complain about that. The pub has gone down hill, food not as good and expensive, alcohol is very expensive. The site no longer has any electric car charging stations which is frankly rubbish (nearest decent charger is at McDonalds 8 miles away and expensive), staff said they were damaged and decided not to replace them. We really like this site and will return but spend our money elsewhere.

The superior beach bungalow was lovely and clean upon arrival. TV was not great, maintenance came out promptly and sorted the immediate problem. The TV needed updating and replacing. A problem with Internet was sorted by a lovely lady who took time to come and check everything was OK out of hours. She was excellent 👏 The facilities would have been great but were filthy. I did complain on site and in the pool but nothing was done. Really sad because the stay would have been perfect. The facilities need an urgent deep clean.

Lovely warm welcome at check in and treats for my Labrador who thought it was great. This was my first solo holiday with my dog so was a little anxious but the warm welcome from staff that soon eased. I was given a map of the holiday village and told where to find everything and shown where to find my accommodation and parking. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Excellent location. Good accommodation although no WiFi. 15 mins walk to the beach. And swimming pool on site, which was great. However, the information we received before check-in was very general. It wasn't clear that towels were not included until we arrived at the property. We managed to sort this but would have been useful to know in advance.

Really lovely flat. Bed was comfy, area was nice. Shame the nearby shops are overpriced but that's to be expected. Loved the gym and pool, staff were friendly. Don't forget to bring your own towels!
