The stuff was helpful and breakfast was good. This is a small lodge / motel style resort. Therefore, they expectation should be depending on that I guess. We did enjoy the complementary teas and good location.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunmed. The bungalows and garden were very cute. It was within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the beach and core area of Oludeniz. The breakfast was good and food was fresh. Staff was helpful whenever we asked for anything. It would have been nice if staff had walked us through amenities when we checked in: for instance there were bicycles at the front but we didn't know if they were to borrow or rent. Tea was always out but we weren't clear if we could take this outside breakfast service. We could have asked and this is very minor, but it would be nice if staff talked through it at check in. Also, they did our laundry for us at a very reasonable price, which was very convenient but it can't back slightly damp and musty smelling. Once again, these are minor things and I would happily stay here again.

The property is adorable, but the rooms definitely could have been cleaner. I had to clean the bathroom sink before I could use it , both towels had gobs of hair on them and there was lots of hair on the floor. I wet a piece of to to collect some hair off the floor and the paper was filthy after one swipe.

Overall, it is a good place with very friendly and helpful staff. The flowers outside are beautiful, the chairs and a small table at the front door are very nice to have. We arrived late and were put to the very old room with spots on the ceiling and mainly broken furniture. We stayed there only 1 night though - the room we moved into was really cosy and clean. Also, manager asked us to pay money in the end although I have already paid. It was all sorted after I showed him the bank transaction on the phone.
