Séjour très décevant au Riad Dar Naima. Après une nuit dans le dortoir à l’étage, j’ai développé de nombreuses lésions cutanées. Les boutons sont apparus progressivement puis sont devenus de plus en plus rouges, volumineux et très prurigineux. Les démangeaisons ont duré près de trois semaines et ont fortement perturbé la fin de mon voyage ainsi que ma vie quotidienne après mon retour. J’ai finalement dû consulter un médecin. J’avais signalé mes inquiétudes concernant l’état de la literie, mais aucune vérification sérieuse ni solution concrète ne m’a été proposée. Après mon séjour, j’ai découvert que plusieurs voyageurs avaient déjà publié des commentaires mentionnant des problèmes de punaises de lit dans cet établissement. J’ai aussi rencontré plusieurs problèmes de gestion : petit-déjeuner annulé avant toute préparation mais tout de même réclamé, discussions longues et inutiles, taxe de séjour demandée à un montant différent de celui indiqué sur ma réservation, puis redemandée une seconde fois. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée proposée était également très inconfortable : bruit important de la rue, froid, chambre sombre et absence d’eau chaude pour la douche. Ces problèmes ne m’avaient pas été clairement signalés avant le changement de chambre. L’accumulation de ces incidents, le temps perdu et l’absence de prise en charge sérieuse ont fortement dégradé mon séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Estamos muy contentos de haber escogido este Dar. El trato fue fantástico, familiar, el recibimiento y acogida, como si estuvieras en casa propia. Los desayunos riquisimos y muy abundantes. La terraza espectacular, con vistas a toda la medina de Fez. La habitación grande, las camas cómodas y el baño cumple. Lo mejor fua el excelente trato recibido siempre por Hanan y Fatima, que nos trataron como familia. Estamos encantados con nuestra elección y lo recomendamos al 100%
