“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“イングランド・リンカンシャー州のグランサム（Grantham）に位置し、1203年の創業以来800年以上の歴史を誇るこれまでに7人の国王や女王が宿泊した歴史的建造物です。
イギリスで最も古いホテルの一つとのことで期待と不安がありましたが、歴史を感じる館内は清掃が行き届いて清潔感があり、水回りなどはリノベされて問題なく過ごすことができました。
ロビーや中庭など素敵な雰囲気で味わい深かったです。
お部屋にはエアコンがないので窓を開けて扇風機で凌ぎましたが、暑い日は少し大変かもしれません…
夜遅くに到着したのですが、スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかったです。”

“Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.”
