We had a non- smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was still ashes on the bed nightstand. I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. Carpet was old, stained and had holes in spots. Inside of kitchen cabinets had dead bugs and garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Beds were comfortable and bedding looked clean so that was good. Fridge worked well and was very clean. We only used to to stay for hunting trip and not much available in the area so it did work. For the price we may look at some other places next time.

Would stay again

Stayed for one night and it was great. Very accommodating with dogs. It was a nice break from traditional hotel rooms, felt more private.

The room was very clean, and included a microwave & refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were chairs to sit outside, but they were dirty and the area around them was unkempt. Overall, a good value for the price.

Well, it's very very old and you have to be prepared for the lesser quality for the price and convenience of location. It has a feel of a b&b in a small neighborhood, but it's fairly grungy. The owner/manager was very kind, and each room has all the amenities I needed. I was glad to have a place to rest, but glad to move on.

Great place, budget price

Very pleased. Check-in was easy. Room was small & basic but well maintained. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Only problem: bathroom door is an accordion-fold, and it doesn't close all the way. Minor gripe: Weather was very pleasant that day but room was See Oh Ell Dee COLD when we arrived because air-con was full blast. Napp's is definitely worth the price!

We needed to make a last minute trip and unfortunately it was Memorial Day weekend and not a lot of options in the area for lodging. We found this property and reviews were okay for a one night stay. Upon arriving, the property exterior was in very poor condition and we questioned weather or not to stay. With no other options in the area, we went in to the office and needed to ring for service. When the attendant came in, no acknowledgment, just sat down behind the counter and looked at me. I told him we made a reservation on line and he handed me a key and said room 13. After entering the room, we just decided to make the best of it. Carpeting was filthy with cigarette burns and the room smelled musty. Furniture was old and beat up. There are water leak stains on the ceiling. I could go on and on! Only positive was the bedding appeared to be clean and the AC unit worked well and brought fresh air from outside. Do not believe the reviews on this property!!!!!

We last-minute booked this motel during our roadtrip and it was great. The front desk was closed but we called the number on the door and they picked up and got us into our room without any issues. Room checked all of our boxes
