Matias at the front desk was a very helpful in addition to all the other staff in this quality hotel. The location and the people around were very nice. The hotel design is very nice and clean. The hut tub was great for the family. Strongly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Barefoot! The hotel is beautiful and the location was perfect. So many good restaurants (including the hotel restaurant). A real delight was that the pool is open all hours (just at your own risk after 6pm), which meant we could enjoy night swims, which is something other hotels don’t usually allow. This was the highlight of our trip- it was so peaceful outside at night watching the stars. Pool was also the perfect temperature. I recommended to my sisters who are enjoying their holiday at Barefoot this week.

Fabulous hotel with great staff. We were offered an upgrade of the Jacuzzi rooftop suite which was worth it. Very private terrace with views of the water. Portocolom is a very relaxing area to stay in, we'd recommend car hire to get around the island. Family friendly resort. Staff and manager were lovely and very helpful.

For a well travelled long haul couple, we were anxious that Mallorca would give us what we wanted from a holiday. We wanted peace and quiet, no crowds in a lovely unspoilt spot. The Barefoot in Portocolom delivered in all respects. The hotel is lovely - understated but with all amenities to hand. The staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with the room we were originally allocated but this was remedied very quickly and efficiently and we enjoyed the lovely touch of a bottle of bubbles as way of an apology for the inconvenience. I think the mark of a good holiday/hotel is if you ask yourself at the end of your stay, if you’d come back. If the answer is ‘yes’ you know the hotel is doing something right. We would definitely return. Muchos gracias.

Amazing decor and super comfortable rooms. All the staff were excellent. Great breakfasts, great coffee. We also enjoyed the spa. If we ever make it back to the area we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

An amazing hotel with brilliant service from the staff who really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as nice as possible. The breakfast was very nice with a great selection of food and eggs cooked to order. The pool area and spa were also very good. The restaurant was also excellent and we really enjoyed eating there.

Exceptional hotel

Wonderful stay at Barefoot hotel. Excellent staff and exceptional hotel. Room was a great size and had plenty of space to relax. Pool area was wonderful. Breakfast was tasty and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our first time travelling with a young baby (4 months) and the hotel was perfect. Everything we asked for was accomodated. The staff were lovely and the hotel is comfortable, spacious and clean. The area is ideal for a peaceful time to dine and visit the local beaches.

Perfect for a relaxing couples’ break. The look and feel of the hotel promote instant relaxation. The poolside area and range of beds/spots available are great.
