Vacations Close To Federal Twist Vineyard

Very disappointed. There is a 4 pm check-in, We arrived at 4:10 could complete everything BUT get our room keys because the room was not ready. We were told that they would send a text when we could check in. We had reservations at 6 pm, still didn't receive a text. Went back to the hotel ~7:30, and were told that they sent a text ~ 5:30 indicating our room was ready. WE NEVER RECEIVED a text until AFTER we were in our room. Also, a lot of construction going on which made the environment 'messy'. The room itself was nice.

Safe and clean.

It is not a real hotel. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. No water in the room. You have to text to find out information, because they won’t even allow phone calls. They should warn you to reserve parking ahead of time. Bed was lumpy

Excellent location in Center City. Check in is strange--enter the building, take an elevator to second floor for the reception. Room was very clean, but bathroom with shower was very small. Wonderfully thick and absorbent towels! Coffee maker in room and at reception but no food, no restaurant or coffee shop,expensive snacks in minibar. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit of classic style--originally an early 20th century office building remade into a hotel twenty years ago. Air conditioning, heating, and Wi-fi were faultless.

Great location and value.

Very comfortable, clean, and really beautiful property. Great location. The Panorama restaurant and bar has great food and an extensive wine selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to return!! Thank you so much!!
