It was epic. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how clean and spacious the room was. The pool was epic - how amazing to have a pool designed for KIDS!! I could let my kid play and I wasn't panicking about it being too deep for her. Thank you - it was a phenomenal stay. The beds were perfect, breakfast was incredible. So much value for the price!! Will be coming back again!

The location is convenient for traveling, breakfast was decent and pets are allowed. The hotel is older and could use some upgrades, when we went the elevator was being worked on, so it was inconvenient for our family. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff was amazing throughout our visit. They handled a difficult situation with a rude guest who was yelling at both children and adults very professionally, which we really appreciated. The staff also went above and beyond in other ways - they let us stay in the lobby to finish watching the hockey game, provided extra towels when we needed them, and changed our bedding right away when we asked. Their quick response and kindness made a big difference. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel because of an early morning procedure at the Sanford Broadway Clinic. When we arrived, there was a staff member helping a couple check-in. She acknowledged us and said it would be a few minutes. We were checked in fairly quickly and then went to the room. After using the toilet, my husband could not get it to flush. The water was turned off because there was a crack in the tank, so we had a little stream from that during our stay. We had issues getting the TV to work and after going to the desk, a staff member came and assisted us. We were pleasantly surprised that the A/C unit kept us cool throughout the night and we both slept well on the King-sized bed. The breakfast was good (hot scrambled eggs and sausage links). There were also a pancake maker, fruits, cereal, pastries, and various drinks. Check out was quick and we were on our way. Overall, a great visit.
