Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Quiet rooms with an occasional room door heard. Restaurant service was a bit slow, but on a Tuesday afternoon maybe this is hard to staff for a rush.

Love this great boutique hotel in convenient downtown Fargo. Always a great staff. The rooms are fresh and new, and stylish. Restaurant/bar on site is a great feature. Attached parking. Just can’t say enough about it. Hard to find a decent hotel in the area and I finally did.

We had an overall positive experience at the Jasper Hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Our first room was quite noisy, but after we let the front desk know, they quickly moved us to another room without any hassle, which we really appreciated. In our second room, we noticed a small spot of what appeared to be blood on one of the pillowcases. We simply set that pillow aside and didn’t feel it was necessary to make a big issue of it, as everything else in the room was clean and comfortable. The excellent customer service really stood out and made our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again and appreciate how responsive and helpful the staff were.

We have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. The sauna is our favorite way to end the day after getting dinner or drinks in the restaurant. The view from the room is great, we love the big windows! The downtown area is a fun way to kill extra time if we have any. We will be back again!

I love staying at the Jasper Hotel. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the food is good and the rooms are comfy. The room that I was given this last visit had a problem with the TV, so they moved me to another room at no charge. I also asked for a west facing room so I could enjoy the sunset. It's a great hotel!
