The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic economy hotel/motel quality. The rest of the property was run down and grungy. The staff was fairly hapless. The hotel was next to a busy expressway. Easy walk to downtown.

A tad dated and needs common area carpeting replaced which shows wear due to the extreme cold weather conditions present in Alaska. It is hard to keep common area rugs clean when people have a lot of dirt associated with snow and slush to contend with. Surprised to see that accommodations are set up for long term stays with a standard size refrigerator, a microwave, two burners, sink, and a few pots/pans m, and dishes/utensils.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The property is a little older, but we felt it was decent for the price. We picked this property because it advertised good wifi / internet speeds, however my room had an unstable connection with only 0.16 MB/S upload speed which didnt work for the conference call we had planned.
