I booked bc it was close to everything. For the cost it’s great, it was very generic I didn’t like reusing towels and no ice machine. The only staff I can honestly say was helpful and worked the hardest. She would run the desk, mopping floor and cleaning windows everyday I was there. Shoutout to Karen the one who does it all. Great customer service.

The bedding were not changed and clean. The room is clean every fortnight. Sometimes workers are quite moody to help you. However the room is quite comfortable and quiet. The gym is good

It was clean enough for us, we liked that the floors weren’t carpet so it’s washable. The rooms however only had 2 towels, you have to ask for a hair dryer and each bed had 2 small pillows. Staff was nice enough, and the place was pretty quiet considering the freeway was right there. The room smelled like a mix of urine and disinfectant, I’ve never experienced a stinky room like this before.
