We stayed on the backside of the hotel, bathroom was nice and big with a jacuzzi tub, room was clean and comfy. Loved the deck and patio areas with lots of seating which was quiet and serene. The breakfast had so much to choose from and was really good! Would definitely stay here again.
This Quality Inn was like no other, it was like a Victorian bed and breakfast. Charming spacious rooms, very clean, and fabulous homemade breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Mary! The grounds were just beautifully landscaped with walking paths and nice saltwater pool. Conveniently close to everything in Eureka Springs and the trolley stop was right in front, highly recommend. Very peaceful little piece of paradise.
Staff was very helpful, clean room, had a large chair to use.
Breakfast was good, but I was in a wheelchair,(not good) very rough getting there and back to room.
Didn't go the breakfast the next day just to hard.

This used to be a beautiful hotel no doubt, but it’s literally falling apart! The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, But the hotel itself needs some serious renovations/maintenance.
Our room was clean and smelled good. Only thing I didn’t like were the bed pillows. They were to small and went flat quickly. I also left my good bed pillow by accident.
I am so very impressed with this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to check-in. We stayed in the Victorian tea room building and had a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was fantastic. The distance from downtown eureka spring's main street was perfect. Priced very well!
Had a wonderful stay here! There was a beautiful courtyard with a fountain and a walking trial, breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again! It was super cute and very close to downtown ✨ Saltwater pool as well that was very nice! There was a tornado warning at 1 AM and staff was very helpful and gave us towels and shelter! 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good location, clean, good breakfast, easy walkable dining options.

Liked: Staff & service
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of free parking. An included nice breakfast and again a friendly staff. Our stay would have been much better if our room had been on the opposite side of the hotel away from the highway which is only a few yards next to the hotel. Very noisy. The hotel is better than many in the area but could use many updates. During our several day visit to different parts of the Ozark area we paid about the same price at this hotel but stayed in much nicer, updated hotels.
No complaints about this charming motel. The staff were all outstanding and friendly especially the young lady on duty during the June 13 severe weather. She and the other staff made certain we were safe in the properties' shelter and was calm and helpful even with the storm brewing after midnight.
Very impressed with the friendliness of staff and the variety of options for breakfast. We loved staying there and will choose it again if we’re back in the area!

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and welcoming, only issue were had was how firm the mattresses were but other than that amazing views and breakfast was outstanding.
Helpful friendly manager overrode a computer glitch in our room reservation. Later she personally fixed our cable box. Nice breakfast buffet, loved the homemade quiche.
