The location is great. There is a nice view of Lake Eufaula across the street. Good Mexican food within a mile. Providence Canyon is only 30 minutes away and it is a must see if you are in the area.

The room was very clean, and just like the photo. Had a few loud guests one night, but a great pair of earplugs can work wonders. Breakfast was good, and the coffee even better. The hotel is in a convenient location, and Lori & Jay were very accommodating. Everything was as advertised, except the higher pet fee than posted on Expedia. I would certainly recommend this hotel though.

Paint was peeling off the wall in some areas but the facility was clean. Beds were comfortable, mini fridge and AC worked properly. We were able to get adjoining rooms which we appreciated for our large group. I had made two reservations, unsure of how long we were going to stay, and had trouble canceling one of the reservations through the Hotels.com app once we decided so I called the hotel directly and the representative assisted with the process. Would stay here again.
