Nice place to stay for our stop over as part of a longer trip. Pool was a bonus for the kids. A bit out of it location wise but we didn’t mind. I asked for code rooms and we ended up on different floors which was frustrating but was ok.

Self-check in, no humans

I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. Check-out was at 10. There is no ice machine, no refrigerator, no hotel staff. I got up at 8 to use the pool for an hour. When I checked out the hotel front desk person called a cab for me. It was about 30 euro to get back to Agen. This is the only person I spoke to during my entire stay and she was lovely and helpful and understanding of my baby French as I counted on my fingers to tell her my room number. If you aren't prepared for this odd system, you will not be able to check-in if you arrive late. There is an elevator. There is no communication with guests. Pool is very small and was being cleaned during the one hour I was able to use it during my stay. I swam anyway, but the vacuum was underfoot and would not have been safe for children to swim.

Sehpur agréable, hÎtel facile à trouver, proche des parcs Walygator et Aqualand, il y a aussi un McDonald et un bowling pas loin c'est super. On a fait le tour du coin.Chateau Royale de Nérac en plus magnifique etc..

ArrivĂ©e sans lumiĂšre, ProblĂšme de rĂ©servation et impossible d’avoir la dĂ©livrance des clĂ©s en Ă©tĂ© j’imagine hors saison. Impossible d ouvrir la fenĂȘtre au 1er Ă©tage Ă  Agen :-( odeur de moquette Ă©trange dans le couloir alors que l hĂŽtel est encore rĂ©cent. MĂȘme pas pour une nuit. Déçu Petit dej industriel et piscine face Ă  un hangar agricole.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 nuits avec 2 petits déjeuners. Tout s'est trÚs bien passé à part qu'en se couchant nous avons mis de l'eau par terre car il n'y a pas de paroi de douche et que nous avions une chambre donnant sur une autre donc nous avons entendu les voisins parler et se réveiller.

Arrivée en velo grace à piste cyclable depuis le canal entre 2 mers local velo excellent confort general un peu perdu au niveau environnement trÚs peu de restaurants autour mais mc do fait le nécessaire qd le reste est fermé beau sejour et pratique
