This hotel is walkable to town, has a swimming pool and a hot tub & continental breakfast. The staff is delightful & kind on check in and with my questions. As I checked out the nice guy behind the desk said do you want a water bottle for the road I said yes, and it had a candy bar taped to it. Silly but wonderful. My room was ready early. My son’s room was ready early. I had a room right over the river and it was beautiful. The property is older, but well maintained the bed was very comfortable. The towels were white and spotless and good quality. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great location on the Fall River but close enough to downtown Estes Park you can easily walk to great restaurants and entertainment/shops. That's what makes this a cool spot in my opinion. The actual rooms were dated but clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the hotel. A little worn but perfect for us and our dog. Great location about 1/2 mile walk to the center of town. Less than 20 minute drive into Rocky Mtn. National Park. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided suggestions for the area. Property is older and was a bit noisy- suggest requesting room on 2nd floor away from the stairs. Overall decent place to stay.

The location was excellent. It was a 20 minute drive to either national park entrances. It was a short walk to most of the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

Staff very helpful , friendly, responsive. Continental breakfast was ok, could have been better. The only cooking they did was boiled eggs, everything was packaged purchased at a grocery store.
