Vacations Close To Tupras Stadium

The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. However, the property is quite old and could use some updates. We stayed in two connected rooms because we were traveling with children. The layout was convenient, but unfortunately, our children’s room had a strong sewage smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The window faced a wall of another building, so there was very little fresh air and almost no view. The air conditioning was also quite weak and did not cool the room enough, especially during warm weather. Overall, the location is excellent, but the condition of the rooms and some comfort issues affected our experience. We would rate this hotel three stars. It may be a good option depending on your budget and expectations, especially if the central location is your priority.

Better cleaning would be better

The hotel was priced fairly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. A whole variety of options to eat. The Eva Bosphorus hotel overlooking the strait was a very nice atmosphere to dine especially at night.

This hotel is special - it's decorated like an art museum, the rooms are spacious and the staff attitude is outstanding.

AC wasn’t working the staff was not helpful Manager has one of the worst customer service they gave us fans to spend the night and won’t refund us the money we have pictures of fans in our room when AC wasn’t working I talked to expedia people and provided them pictures but they don’t care about the customers who pay money to book hotels and flights but at the end expedia is on the hotels side they’re policy is that no matter what customer says hotel managers are rite and the customers are wrong but overall this hotel is crap and don’t book your room at this hotel
