We didn’t receive the room in the picture for the rooms we booked. Complained about it for days. Then showed pictures of the rooms we booked online and then they moved us to the right type of rooms but the rom still didn’t have anything it said in the description. Like the minibar in the rooms which is essential in an all inclusive

Lovely stay! We really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, delicious food, fab beach, good swimming, warm welcome. Good entertainment considering we went during down season. Nice pool! Nice rooms! Attentive housekeeping! Lovely spa! Only thing I would improve is the fact that some staff were super kind and friendly, and some staff were frosty cold!

Food was really good. Every evening some kind of entertainment. Right in Holetown close to everything. They have activities free and some you can book. Like a visit in a reggae bus trip speightstown for $7. Pool
Clean, beach was great. Free catamaran for 2 hours.

I know the beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't go there but had services to another beach which was awesome. And everything was amazing, from the staff to the hotel. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful, new property conveniently located on the beach. This peaceful hotel was perfect for my parent’s anniversary trip. Although there wasn’t a wide variety of local cuisine (as with most upscale resorts), the available options exceeded expectations.
