Room was clean and not a bad place to stay for a night or two. My only complaint, there were a few hairs in the shower when we got in and we requested a non-smoking room and it definitely smelled like cigarettes but we muscled through.

The front desk attendant was very pleasant; however, the room itself was quite disappointing! The walls and ceiling are in desperate need of patching and painting, there were many dark scuff marks, small holes, gouges and cracks throughout. The bed sheets were clean, but fairly old and worn with small holes and the bed spread/cover was very thin, almost as thin as the sheets themselves. The mini-fridge and microwave were clean, as was the bathroom sink, tub/shower, toilet and towels; however, the table, counter-tops and floors were not near as clean they should have been and there was an annoying faint musty-urine smell coming from the floor on the right side of the bed! I assume because it is a pet friendly facility, that it must have been pet urine (would hate to imagine it being human). I always bring a cannister of Clorox wipes with me when I travel, I spent my first 30 minutes in the room cleaning the table, counter-tops and floors...not my idea of a good time especially after a very long 10-hour drive! To make matters worse, the room was supposed to be non-smoking, however it definitely had a faint smell of cigarette smoke lingering; a previous guest/guests either smoked in the room, or the smoke smell was permeating the room from an adjoining room. The room served its purpose, but for what I paid I expected much, MUCH more! For this type of experience, I could have stayed at Motel 6 or Econo Lodge; based on this stay, I wouldn't recommend and will not stay again. :-(

Reasonably clean property, a little run-down but it was an affordable and appropriate place to stay for a short night. I would not recommend for its luxury or amenities, but I would recommend for its functionality and free parking. The staff were also kind and helpful, they allowed for early check-in and were very accommodating. The price was also the best in the area, so I recommend it for its affordability!

The room was clean and we enjoyed the pool. But there were 2 dead water bugs in our room on the floor. The staff was nice, the parking was right in front of our room, which was nice. It’s close to the San Diego Safari Park.

It was a well maintained, and clean property. The staff was great and the rooms had all we needed for our stay. It has decent parking and the room has air conditioning that really cooled the room down super quickly. This was our second stay at this hotel and will book it again the next time we are in the area.
