No air con in July made my stay difficult. Located on a river bank, if you opened windows you were attacked by mosquitos. Room spotless clean and comfy bed. Bathroom excellent. Part time reception cover but helpful staff

The floors did not feel clean and there was small black dirt on the bedsheets, possibly from bed bugs. My son got many bites that night but not sure from what. Rooms were decent sized and enough beds to accommodate family of 5 within 2 shared rooms.

HĂŽtel propre mais chaleur Ă©touffante dans la chambre qui n'etait pas aĂ©rĂ©e. Impossible de tenir dedans, exposĂ©e plein soleil hĂ©las. Pas de climatisation ok mais mĂȘme pas un ventilateur pour compenser cela. Bref a Ă©viter en Ă©tĂ© , mais pourquoi Ă  l'arriĂšre saison.

Super sejour, hotel calme au bord de l eau, chambre tout confort, pt dej copieux et varie en terrasse au soleil. Restaurant a 20 m avec d excellentes flammenkuches, une adresse a retenir. Hotelier tres sympa, vous donne des indications d activites. Pres de rhinau et d europarc. Par contre ne pas suivre le gps pour aller a europarc , coincee dans rust , 70 min de bouchons. Preferez l autoroute . Ca avance plus vite.

Keine Klimaanlage bei 30Grad keine Gute Wahl, und Fester öffnen direkt am Fluss MĂŒcken Invasion, Duschen nur sehr warmes Wasser und davon nur minimal, Duschen AbkĂŒhlung nicht unmöglich .( Tipp ca 11km vom Hotel zum, See fahren Beenfeld) AbkĂŒhlung und Duschen mit Wasser. / FrĂŒhstĂŒck na ja. Personal super freundlich und alles sehr sauber.----mit Klima und vernĂŒnftiges kaltes Wasser aus der Dusche schönes Hotel / meine Tochter (10 J ) war nicht duschen weil das Wasser zu heiß aus der Leitung kam. Ich Handwerker habe nach 30 Minuten aufgegeben Kaltes Wasser zu bekommen beim Duschen- AbkĂŒhlung im 11km entfernten Baggersee Top und alles Kostenlos. WLAN muss man suchen.

Rien Ă  redire sur Ă©tat de propretĂ© de la chambre et les Ă©quipements mis Ă  disposition. Localisation de l’hĂŽtel parfaite pour se rendre Ă  Strasbourg pour le marchĂ© de NoĂ«l. Cependant au moment du check-out, la rĂ©ceptionniste qui nous met la pression a 10h55 pour venir rĂ©gler la chambre alors que sur le site expĂ©dia le Check out est notĂ© 11h30. Elle insiste sur le fait que c’est 11h, j’insiste en lui disant que sur ExpĂ©dia il est notĂ© 11h30 donc normal que nous quittons la chambre pour 11h30. Bref je trouve cela culottĂ© de nous reprocher ce « retard » alors qu’au Check-in il n’y avait personne Ă  la rĂ©ception pour nous informer, auquel cas nous aurons quittĂ© la chambre a 11h comme indiquĂ©.

La chambre était trÚs bien. J avais averti que j arrivais tard et on m avait donné le code et laissé ma clef à la réception. Par contre plus de place de parking à mon arrivée et il faut compter 36km depuis Europapark selon mon GPS ce qui est presque le double de ce qui m étais annoncé sur ebookers. Je n aurais pas pris cet hÎtel si j avais vu qu il était si loin. 40 minutes de voiture je n avais pas prévu ça.
