Great choice!

Great location very close to train station. Nice, historic hotel. Staff very friendly and free breakfast was great. Would have been nice to have a mini-fridge where I could keep my Bier though:)

Conveniently located

Well located with easy access to the train station and a short walk into the old town. Decor seemed a bit dated, but the hotel was clean and pleasant. Good breakfast. Only downside was the noise from the main road, although this was fine as long as the windows were closed.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Herzen Erfurts in Bahnhofsnähe. Die Suiten-Zimmer im Haus Thomas waren echt modern und super geräumig. Leider fanden sich auf unserem Bett einige schwarze Haare, sodass wir diese vor der Benutzung erstmal noch entfernen mussten. Beim Check-in war der Angestellte super freundlich, beim Check-out war es sein Kollege überhaupt nicht. Kein Danke, kein Wunsch der guten Heimreise, kein Bitte, kein Tschüss. Hervorzuheben ist das Hotelfrühstück. Zu den Stoßzeiten am Wochenende schon manchmal etwas voller, da der Buffetbereich doch relativ eng ist, aber es gab alles, was wir uns für ein super Urlaubs-Hotel-Frühstück gewünscht hatten. Auch das dortige Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein super Hotel mit ein paar Verbesserungspotenzialen im Service und Housekeeping. Wir kommen aber trotzdem mal wieder, wenn wir wieder in Erfurt sind. P.S.: Danke für die große Zweiraum-Suite :)
