Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay as the property is one block from the shore and is short drive to the many little towns along the shore on both sides of the peninsula. The inn and area were very quiet though still busy traffic during daytime. The welcome gift will be enjoyed by the wife. The main drawback is there is not a microwave in the room.

The property was very clean, and the staff were responsive to our requests. Note to travelers that staff are not on site. When we arrived, the room key was not available as was listed in the email we received. They didn’t find our reservation until I told them it was through Expedia. They did, however, quickly rectified the situation. The continental breakfast is very basic but adequate. All that being said, the hotel is a good value for the money.

The stay was amazing!, the location was great for the things we wanted to do and the room was clean. Everything was either a short drive or a walk away which was perfect for the nice weather. Highly recommend this place and will be going back

Two main concerns: Pillows were so tall and so firm that it was impossible to sleep on them, so we folded a blanket and a bed cover to make a replacement. And the toilet bowl was not clean, so we tried not to look too hard. Also water wasn’t draining properly. Besides that it was a good and a quiet location.

It’s under new ownership and they’ve done a really nice job. They also offer fresh bakery as an amenity. We didn’t have any but it smelled wonderful and we hope to try it next time we stay. Very nice place in a great location and a great value.

Quiet village vibe

It was a quiet place Ephraim and a great time to come to the area. The hiking at the state parks was great. Hotel was clean and close to eateries just off the main road.
