The staff was wonderful and very attentive! From first stepping foot in the lobby every one was very helpful. We had valet parking and they helped us take our luggage to our room. The pool area was my favorite part of it all, as soon as we got to the pool the staff went iver to take our order for drinks and food, which also was very tasty! The room was nice and soacious just one thing and idk if its the hotel to blame but in the late afternoon the restroom gave off a bad sewer smell. Overall it was a great experience!

The hotel cleaned, luxurious. Loved that the jacuzzi wasn’t boiling, the temperature was perfect. Although the reception staff weren’t helping at all. Never gave me any information as far as pool hours, what restaurants they had, events, didn’t take the time to offer the WiFi code. I’m very disappointed since my check in. I do have to compliment the valet personal, they were nice and cordial!

We had a problem, ones we arrive they gave my room to someone else I had previously booked a month in advance to a different person. They offer me a room upgrade but did not work. Do to us being 4 and they were trying to give me a king size bed. When I had previously booked 2 queen beds with ocean view and balcony. They ended us giving a regular room with 2 queen beds and free breakfast for 1 day. The staff at the restaurants and bar were super friendly and always on point. They could do a little better with the restroom cleaning on the main lobby. The food is great no complaints on that. The staff at the front desk is friendly and the valet parking was great.

Hotel and room were beautiful. Pool area is very nice. Weekend buffet was a little overpriced but had fresh fruit and made to order omelets. Had a nice massage in a small area off the gym. Staff was very accommodating. When we had little hot water to our room they immediately offered a new room. The pianist downstairs was stunning and some guests who were opera singers joined in for a spectacular impromptu performance. A great time all around. Try the steakhouse next door. You won’t be disappointed.
