The property was beautiful and very clean, and most of the staff were wonderful and welcoming.
Upon arrival, there was some initial confusion as my reservation did not appear in the system, even though I had a confirmed booking through Orbitz. While this was eventually resolved, it made the check-in experience a bit stressful.
The staff at the gate were not very friendly, and I found myself a little lost due to the minimal signage (which I actually appreciate aesthetically). However, there was no anticipatory service—no one stopped to ask if we needed help or directions. I would also suggest the use of earpieces so guests are not exposed to ongoing radio communications.
That said, the rest of the experience was excellent. The rooms were extremely clean, the majority of the staff were fantastic, and I absolutely loved the property dogs. Thank you as well for providing Tesla chargers—a great and appreciated touch.
Overall, it’s a beautiful property, and we will definitely be back.
Beautiful grounds. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was 45 min late, but received 2 complimentary drinks as we waited.
Fuego restaurant was delicious, kid friendly as well. We went horseback riding for an additional charge, I believe 50 usd per person. Overall everything was great. Only one minor thing. The shower was slow to drain so it made quite a mess in the restroom floor. Overall I give this place an A-
Would def go back for the restaurant and pleasant staff.
Side note the road to the hotel is bumpy and when it rains can have some flooding. A SUV is recommended.
It’s a beautiful hotel that has so much to offer whether you are visiting with or without kids. The pool could be kept clean a little better but overall it’s an awesome experience
Entre Vinedos was a very nice hotel, lovely atmosphere. Loved everything it had to offer, unfortunately the Spa and wine tasting was not available on Tues and Wed. The days I was there. The food at Fuego and service was excellent. The front desk and security were very helpful and friendly. My dissatisfaction was my room especially the towels they were in bad condition. What was supposed to be white towels were a black tint from not properly washed or just old towels. I had to request hand and wash clothes since I did not have any and hand soap. We were out of regular coffee pods as well. It just appeared that the room had not been thoroughly checked for guests. Our room included a closet and 2 drawers however, was not able to get to the drawers because the bathroom door that was a slider blocked the access to the drawers. Clearly a installation mishap. Our TV had limited access. A couple of the staff tried fixing it but was unable. My room was on the opposite side and had a separate smaller pool for guests on that end of the hotel. I did report to the front desk how dirty the pool was. He assured me it gets cleaned every day with chlorine. Unfortunately there were big family gatherings in the pool the 2 days there so we never got the chance to use it and besides it did not look clean. Our last night there the big gathering was loud until midnight. I wasn’t sure if they had quiet hours so I just put up with it. My suggestion would be to enforce quiet hours.
