“The bar & outside area was really good. Lovely beer garden. Staff were very friendly. We did not have breakfast but Dinner menu had a good selection of very tasty food.”

“This was the best place we stayed in England. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We bought oven ready meals and cooked them. Made a salad. Good times. Lovely garden in back overlooking Pub. It was easy walking to grocery and Pub. ”

“Great property and very clean with great views. 2nd time we've stopped there and will return again no doubt on our next golf weekend Nice touches having, milk, tea, bread and butter supplied to you One very small ‘issue’ is with the swimming pool. Guests are able to put their names down and book slots, and it often seems like all the times are fully booked. “The staff were good, we arrived and had two occasions to see staff about things and they were done immediately. Hot tub was cool when we arrived that was abit disappointing, breakfast was a little cold and subpar. Dinner was really nice though, fish and chips were delightful.”

“Beautiful hotel and grounds We had a lovely relaxing two night stay in the comfort cottage. Spa was lovely and clean. The food was amazing, great breakfast and dinner and not badly priced at all. My only negative was I ordered a bottle of wine and chocolates to be in the room on arrival and this was missed. However they did offer the bring in the second day but we didn't bother as we had already had wine in the bar on our arrival.”

“Fuimos a conocer la región de Northumberland. Este hotel es muy agradable, cerca de la entrada a la playa, y el personal es muy amable. Desayuno excelente y variado.”

“Second stay here. Fab place, full of character and quirkiness Great location! Great staff, though could do with a couple more as only 3 working in a very busy pub...and they worked hard and with a smile 😃 Seemed a little less loved this time, sadly, like a bit of paint was needed, but still a great place!”

“Property has wow factor with good food and friendly staff.”
