The staff, very nice & professional. Sheets & towels nice & clean. The bed & pillows comfy. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was pet hair all over the floor. Furniture was not wiped down, but bathroom was clean. Shower had nice pressure and hot water. Air conditioner was sufficient.

Room smelled and the shower had not been cleaned. There was no staff on site. They had a person talking to you via a computer screen. They charged 300$ for a dirty room that smelled like canned dog food and no staff to help. The construction rights behind the rooms started at 6am and was going till it got dark. Property was well kept. Pool area looked clean.

No actual person to check in with, got some machine with a call center to check in. Room was clean enough but needs some upkeep mostly in the bathroom, mold growing on wall, caulk around shower cracked and dirty, etc. There was a cleaner that we happened to see at one point and we got some more TP from but they never came by to clean the room in the 4 nights we were there.

Pet friendly, nice location, clean and comfortable room, but don't run the AC and outdated Microwave at the same time! (Blew the breaker.) Shower curtain inadequate to keep water inside the shower pan. The worst part was the kiosk staff were very difficult to understand and asked why I was checking out early... it was 7 am on my departure day and none of his business!

Very easy to get checked in the attendant was very nice. Upon entering the room it looked ok until I looked in the bathroom and found a chunk of hair in the shower and when I pulled back the bedding there was hair in the sheets. First and last time I will stay there.

It was strange talking to an ai virtual machine. I'm not sure if it was a real person in another room or not. A little bit hard to understand his English Room was very clean. Good price dogs stay free that was a plus. No in room coffee had to go up to office and no refrigerator in room McDonald's very close by
