The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is dated but everything was neat and tidy. There is an amazing Mexican restaurant a 2 minute walk away. The room was quiet and fresh. The staff were so friendly. We really did enjoy our stay!

The staff was outstanding—friendly, accessible, and genuinely helpful. The location was ideal, with plenty of parking that easily accommodated both my truck and trailer. I stayed in one of the mini suites, which offered generous space and felt very comfortable.

THe 1st room they gave us the fridge was broken and we needed a fridge to keep our Meds cool. Upon complaining they found us a room with a working fridge. The room was very old and although clean not very appeling. The grounds and even the stairs to the office etc were fillty,We did get a reasonable sleep but would never recommed this Motel

Our room had a great view of the hills. It was quiet at night. Their free breakfast was coffee and packaged pastries and nothing else. I wanted to ask for milk for cereal that I brought, but nobody was around at the front desk.

Stayed for one night. Greeted by a friendly registration clerk. The room was not very clean, the towels were threadbare, the air conditioning was very noisy, there were garden hoses laid across all the pathways to the rooms and the breakfast was instant oatmeal and pre-packaged muffins. No fresh fruit but there was orange juice. Coffee was fine. Parking was convenient. Very close to the main road into town, which sounded like a racetrack! Would stay somewhere else in Ely, as there appeared to be lots of other hotels.

This location has nice rooms and a convenient location. Unfortunately, my particular room was located on the end of the building, lower level, right next to the highway. I'm afraid the traffic noise was very loud, especially in the evening and extending until much later. It obviously was a major disappointment, even though the motel was nice.

This independent property is perfectly situated as a launching point to visit downtown Ely or Great Basin Park. Definitely issues with service due to employee turnover. It was adequate for our purposes. The bed was comfortable. The small breakfast offerings were sufficient and the coffee was excellent. The price is right. And though it didn’t matter to me the property is pet friendly. Expect mid and you’ll be perfectly satisfied. The staff is young and capable. Just ask for what you need and they’ll provide it.
