“The property well located. The staff were helpful. Unfortunately the room we were in was not very nice. We booked a superior room. We were allocated what was referred to as a junior suite. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable but carpets were really dirty and stained as was the small settee and the room didn’t smell good. “Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm.
